Dry lips are never a good complement to lipstick. Before applying Midnight Merlot, prep your pout by sloughing away dead skin cells for a smooth canvas. We recommend using a lip scrub or scuff with gentle particles that can help remove pesky cells that can cause a rough, uneven lip surface. Follow up with your favorite lip balm or conditioner to reintroduce moisture. Once your lips have absorbed all traces of moisture and feel silky smooth, begin applying Midnight Merlot in the center of your upper lip. Follow the natural contours of your mouth, and then glide the lipstick across your entire bottom lip.
