8 Skin-Care Products Our Editors Can’t Get Enough of This June

It’s a brand new month, which means different products are making their way into our bathroom cabinets and skin-care routines. These are the products Skincare.com’s editors can’t live without this June.

CeraVe Mineral Sunscreen Stick SPF 50

Reapplying every two hours has got to be the worst part of wearing SPF, but it’s a must — especially when you’re out in the sun. And that’s why I love this mineral sunscreen in a stick: It’s easy to toss in your bag and reapply throughout the day, and you can layer more wherever you need it most (for me, that’s usually my nose and the high points of my cheeks, which are prone to hyperpigmentation). I’m stocking up for the summer.

Kiehl’s Calendula Serum-Infused Water Cream

My skin is crazy dry, no matter the season, but I hate the feel of a heavy moisturizer when the weather gets warmer. Kiehl’s latest addition to its Calendula line (there’s also a toner, a cleanser and mask) feels lightweight but still provides the hydration and soothing properties my skin craves. But if I’m being honest, its citrus-meets-floral scent is so delightful that’d I’d probably use it even if it didn’t!

L’Oréal Paris 1.5% Pure Hyaluronic Acid Serum

On days when I wake up and my skin feels dry and looks a little dull, I reach for this hyaluronic acid serum to save the day. Two to three drops leaves my face feeling much more hydrated. And because I have combination skin, I find water-based serums like this one to be gentle and effective.

CannaSmack Soap-Free Body Wash in HappyTokes Peach

As a skin-care obsessee, I test so many different products over the course of a month. One of the products I've been using consistently from my collection lately, though, is this cruelty-free, vegan and hemp-infused body wash. It has an addictive peach scent and its soap-free formula makes your skin feel extra silky and moisturized. I wasn't expecting to love it as much as I do, but I highly recommend it if you're on the hunt for a body wash you'll actually look forward to using.

Pixi Glow Tonic Gel Cleanser

Glycolic acid has become my new favorite skin-care ingredient because I find that even though it’s an exfoliating alpha-hydroxy-acid, it’s gentle enough for my sensitive skin.  I’m already a fan of the glycolic acid-infused Pixi Glow Tonic Serum, so I was super excited to test out the Gel Cleanser from the same range. The gentle wash also contains the same superstar ingredient, doesn’t lather up too much (which I love) and still gives my skin a nice, clean feeling.

NYX Professional Makeup Bare With Me Tinted Skin Veil

Ok, bare with me (ha!), I know that this pick is technically makeup, but it’s so hydrating that it made it into my skin-care picks this month. This lightweight, tinted formula is non-comedogenic and infused with aloe and cucumber extracts, which helped soothe my post-vacation sunburn. It gives me just a little coverage but still allows for my natural skin tone to show through — exactly the look I’m going for this summer.

Naturally Serious Fruit-Tox Resurfacing Facial Remedy

Fruit-Tox Resurfacing Facial Remedy does exactly what it promises: refine, detox and brighten. This exfoliating treatment helps reveal a brighter, smoother-looking complexion with its formula of red clay and fruit and plant AHAs. You also get the added benefit of six anti-pollution antioxidants like pomegranate, goji berry and grape seed when you use it. Despite its bright red color, I promise it will not turn your skin orange (but it will make you glow)!

The Ordinary Marine Hyaluronics

I'm a skin-care lover through and through and have an extensive routine to prove it, but I’ve never incorporated a dedicated hyaluronic acid serum into my regimen. The Ordinary's Marine Hyaluronics has been a solid introduction. It's not too harsh on my sensitive skin, and I've already seen the hydrating benefits after only using it for a few weeks.
