A Peek Inside Our Beauty Cabinet: 11 Products Beauty Editors Can’t Live Without

On that note, you’re in for a little treat! Below, Skincare.com beauty editors share a small sampling of their favorite products. They may just turn out to be your favorites, too!

JACKIE, EDITOR IN CHIEF:

Vichy Pureté Thermale 3-in-1 One Step Solution, $14.50

I honestly never seem to fully remove my mascara at night, which causes a really unattractive raccoon situation when I wake up. So, I started using this micellar water after I received a free sample from Vichy, to more thoroughly take off my makeup. I love how it makes my skin feel after using it, it's a hydrating cleanser-plus-toner, which is nice because my cheeks are always a little on the dry side.

La Roche-Posay Pigmentclar Eyes, $42.99

The same genes I have to thank for my favorite features are the ones I hold responsible for my dark circles. This eye cream has made ALL the difference. So much so in fact, that after getting a complimentary sample from La Roche Posay, I restocked on my own!

Kiehl's Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Masque, $28

I love, love, love face masks and hold so many in high regard, but this one sits pretty at the top of my must-have list since Kiehl’s sent a sample to the Skincare.com offices. It not only helps to deeply clean my all-too-often clogged pores—thank you NYC pollution, summer humidity, and my undying love of liquid foundation—but it also is very refreshing, which can't be said for many clay masks.

L'Oréal Paris Bright Reveal Brightening Peel Pads, $19.99

If I had to choose between my favorite pair of shoes and glycolic acid, well... here's to being barefoot yet bright. Glycolic acid is by far my favorite skin care ingredient, because, not only does it chemically exfoliate, it also helps to reveal a more radiant complexion! These peel pads from L'Oreal Paris have been a fave since I received it at a recent brand event, I love how simple they are to use!

JESSICA, JUNIOR EDITOR:

SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic, $163

Long story short, I’m addicted to this stuff. I’d drink it if I could. (Just kidding, relax!) I apply it onto my complexion in tandem with SPF to offer the best possible protection against free radicals caused by UV exposure, which—if you didn’t already know—can accelerate the signs of skin aging. It’s a little pricier than some of the other beauty buys in my medicine cabinet, but I’ll happily shell over the cash once I see the bottom of the sample I received compliments of SkinCeuticals. It’s oh-so worth it.

Lancôme Eau Fraîche Douceur, $38

Ever since trying this micellar water after it was sent to the office, it has become my mainstay! It cleanses, tones, and removes all traces of makeup—even waterproof mascara—without fail. Plus, it’s lazy-girl certified (you don’t have to rinse) and leaves my skin feeling soft, refreshed, and hydrated. You’d think I just moisturized.

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Overnight Hydrating Masque, $35

My life—and my skin!—changed once this hydrating face mask was sent by the brand for me to try. It works overnight to boost my skin’s ability to hold onto moisture so it feels smoother and looks suppler come morning. When it runs out, I religiously restock my supply, sometimes in bulk. Sorry, not sorry.

JESSIE, JUNIOR EDITOR:

The Body Shop Drops of Youth Eye Concentrate Eye Cream, $32

Unfortunately, under-eye bags run in my family. It doesn’t matter how much sleep I get, how much water I drink, or how healthy I eat, there will always be some trace of under-eye baggage going on. I found the The Drops of Youth Eye Concentrate Eye Cream from The Body Shop among our freebies one afternoon and instantly fell in love with its roll on gel-like formula. It can target under-eye bags, fine lines, and fatigued eyes—and helps to keep my bags at bay.

Shu Uemura Depsea Water Facial Mist in Rose, $25

I can’t start my moisturizing routine without spritzing my complexion with a rose water spray, like Shu Uemura’s Depsea Water Facial Mist, first. There’s something so refreshing about it and I can instantly feel my skin hydrate after one spray.

NOELLE, SOCIAL MEDIA EDITOR:

Garnier Clean+ Purifying Oil-Free Cleansing Towelettes, $5.99

I always have these ultra-practical makeup removers on hand because they—put simply—get the job done, and at a price point that’s less than a NYC lunch, I never mind it when I have to head to the drugstore to restock! They work great on my oily skin to help to draw out impurities and remove excess shine.

Kiehl's Cilantro & Orange Extract Pollutant Defending Mask, $32

People are seriously obsessed with this overnight facial mask and I totally understand why after trying the complimetary sample Kiehl’s sent to the office! It's really refreshing, and just makes my skin feel instantly refreshed and radiant.
