She has almost 15 years of experience in the beauty industry and has worked at publications like TotalBeauty.com, Cosmopolitan.com, Harper's Bazaar and Lucky Magazine. Now, she leads the team and shapes the content and voice to inform and delight the Skincare.com reader.

Sarah is the associate content director for Skincare.com by L'Oréal, and she's come a long way from her misguided days of putting toothpaste on zits. You can now find her searching for NYC's best cheeseburger, listening to Beyoncé (again) and applying a 10-step skin-care regimen on her off time. She's previously written for Soko Glam's The Klog, The Daily Mail, Marie Claire, Allure and Lucky Magazine.

Jazmine A. Ortiz is a senior beauty editor at Makeup.com and Skincare.com by L'Oréal. This lifestyle content creator’s passion for publishing started with the magazines of the ‘90s and ‘00s and grew into a versatile career in media. Her work has also appeared on Byrdie, Brides, Essence, BET and more. She’s just your average vegan foodie, workout enthusiast, Ariana Grande-obsessed, Latina woman living in New York City.

Alanna Martine Kilkeary is a native New Yorker and an assistant managing editor at Skincare.com by L'Oréal. She has had the opportunity to grace the digital pages of Harper's Bazaar, Rolling Stone and Teen Vogue with her words and skills. She runs a literary-infused fashion blog in her free time, her heart belongs to William Shakespeare, and most importantly, she believes that Wes Anderson should serve as art director for the entire universe.

On her off-duty days, Mel can be found rummaging through thrift stores, painting or finding new brunch spots to eat at.

Rachel is the senior project manager on Skincare.com by L'Oréal. She manages long-lead projects for the brand, creates process workflows and handles day-to-day technical matters. She also helps out with creative UX/UI needs and development. In her off time, Rachel can be found roaming around with a camera in hand, spending time with her dog, or making travel plans with meticulous itineraries.

Raised in the heart of Las Vegas in a family of artists, Chaunté can often be found scouring vintage stores for jumpsuits and ringer tees. Over the past 10 years her clients have included West Elm, Ann Taylor Loft, Chase Bank, Esquire and various small fashion labels. In her opinion, dancing is usually the answer to everything.

She is always down for exploring different cities and trying fun hair looks.

After graduating from college and moving to NYC, Becca accidentally found herself in the world of production and has never looked back.
