The latest woman to embrace this empowering message for the brand? Elle Fanning, L’Oréal Paris’ newest spokesperson! “The tagline ‘Because You’re Worth It’ gives permission to love yourself and take a moment to realize how unique and special we all are,” she shares. “We deserve to be our bold, beautiful, eccentric, different selves and still be accepted, but most importantly, accepted by ourselves.”

At just 19 years old, Elle is one of the youngest actresses to be named a L’Oréal Paris spokesperson and she’s poised to bring the L’Oréal Paris brand to a younger generation. And, with new launches like bold metallic liquid lipstick, trendy new cleansers, and a mascara that’s absolutely going to rock everyone’s world, it couldn’t come at a better time! The mascara—Lash Paradise, coming to stores very soon—is actually Elle’s favorite new product from L’Oréal Paris and her first campaign for the brand. Other must-haves? True Match Crayon Concealer which she uses around her nose and on any “unwelcome spots,” the perennial classic Voluminous Mascara, and the hairspray that you’ll find in nearly every stylists’ kit: Elnett.

So, how does she incorporate these must-haves into her typical beauty routine? Glad you asked! “Each morning I wake up and use a good old fashioned washcloth on my face. I cleanse, moisturize, and slather my pale skin with sunscreen,” she says—see, folks, it’s a non-negotiable, even for celebs! For her makeup she uses a mascara on her lashes, covers up redness with a concealer, and then highlights her cheekbones and nose. As a final step she tints her lips with a L’Oréal Color Riche lipstick and then she’s done! Once again, proving that a basic beauty routine is always in.
