This New Clarisonic Mia Prima Cleansing Device Costs Less Than $100

If there’s one thing we can all agree on when it comes to skin care, it’s that it can get pretty pricey. Grabbing the latest products and beauty tools can certainly deflate your wallet over time, which can turn a positive experience (tighter pores! clearer-looking skin! a lit-from-within glow!) into one that’s anything but. The good news is that affordable skin care products and devices are out there, and often work just as well as their costlier counterparts. In fact, Clarisonic recently unveiled a brand new facial cleansing brush that costs less than $100. Keep reading to learn about how the Clarisonic Mia Prima can cleanse your skin better than hands alone—all without breaking the bank.

This revolutionary cleansing tool from the brains over at Clarisonic is all you need for a fresher, cleaner-looking complexion. This device is powered by the brand’s signature sonic technology, which has been clinically proven to cleanse skin a whopping six times better than hands alone, making it an essential for all skin care junkies on a budget.

Of all the facial cleansing brushes in Clarisonic’s portfolio, Mia Prima is the simplest. It features one daily cleansing option—which is safe enough for all skin types to use—that starts with an effortless click of a button. The brush spins for 60 seconds, and then turns off automatically.

Our friends at Clarisonic sent over a complimentary sample of Mia Prima to review, and I volunteered to give it a try. Below are my thoughts:

Although this device is the most simplistic in design of all Clarisonic facial cleansing brushes, it still has the same sleek and modern appeal that you’d expect from a costly cleansing brush. The universal handle allows the device to fit comfortably in any hand size.

What’s more, this device is compatible with all of Clarisonic's existing cleansing brush heads, as well as the new Daily Radiance Brush Head and Sensitive Brush Head. You can easily mix and match based on your preferences! Mia Prima also features a brush head indicator which notifies the user when it’s time to replace it.

I popped on the Daily Radiance brush head, which felt soft and gentle on my skin. It delivered a deep cleanse that I could immediately feel. First, I wet my face and brush, then dabbed a small amount of my favorite cleanser onto the brush. The Soft Start feature on the Mia Prima starts the cleansing mode at 80 percent power on the first use, then gradually builds to full power after two weeks, so it introduced my skin to its sonic cleansing power without irritating it.

I loved the results! For such an affordable price, this facial cleansing brush really ‘wowed’ me. I have really oily skin, so I usually notice that there is still a slight sheen and greasy feel after washing with just my hands alone, but this brush scrubbed it all away without any tight or overly-dry feel.

After using the Clarisonic Mia Prima, I can confidently say that it’s definitely a product worth grabbing. It left my skin feeling cleansed and refreshed. And for just under $100, this product is a true steal!

Using this product is as easy as a press of a button. Just pop on any one of your favorite Clarisonic cleansing brush heads, press the on button, and gently rub the oscillating brush head across your facial skin.
