My love for this exfoliating body mitt runs deep. I have really bad Keratosis Pilaris on the backs of my arms and legs, and this one of the only products I’ve found that helps soften my skin and lessen the appearance of the tiny red bumps. I use it every two weeks in shower, as directed, and simply wet the mitt and rub it in a circular motion all over my body. You can literally see the dead surface skin pill up and get rinsed away. It’s beyond satisfying.

I have super sensitive skin that’s easily irritated, so finding an exfoliator that can keep my skin looking bright and fresh without causing redness, dryness or peeling has been a bit of a journey. But I finally landed on the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift 10% Pure Glycolic Acid Serum, and it’s been a total game-changer for my skin. I only use the serum twice a week at night, but it’s enough to keep dead surface skin cells from building up, and it gives my face a healthy glow. Plus, the affordable price tag (and two-day Amazon free shipping) can’t be beat.

My skin is ever so moody and dry, even on my body, so when it comes to exfoliating, I tend to reach for very gentle formulas. The Silk Scrub by Fur features small, silky-soft jojoba beads that don’t irritate my skin in the slightest. The body scrub is gentle, hydrating and does an excellent job keeping ingrown hairs and razor bumps at bay. I will repurchase this one again and again.

I like to say that my skin has a mind of its own. It’s an unpredictable combination of oily plus whatever it feels like that day, depending on the weather. I like this La Roche-Posay Ultra-Fine Scrub because it offers a deep clean but is gentle enough to satisfy my very complicated skin type. The ultra-fine pumice particles help eliminate any impurities wreaking havoc on my oily nose without overdrying other parts of my face that may be normal or dry.

Yes, you read that right –– my favorite way to exfoliate isn’t actually with a traditional scrub, but with my Clarisonic Mia Smart with the Radiance Facial Cleansing Brush Head. I have super sensitive and dry skin, so if I over exfoliate with a harsh product, I tend to actually get flakier, which isn’t ideal. The Radiance brush head not only gives me a deep clean, but the bristles themselves also actually double as a built-in exfoliator for me. Not only does it help me cut down on the products I keep in the shower, but it gives me that healthy glow I’d normally get through a scrub.
