Hit the Pause Button: 4 Ways to De-Stress At Home
When you’re always on the go—and who isn’t these days?—it’s easy to get caught up in a fast-paced schedule and forget to take some personal time to unwind. Taking care of our bodies, inside and out, should be a top priority; having too much stress can be detrimental to our health, well-being, and, believe it or not, our skin. That’s why it’s important to hit the pause button, take a deep breath, and relax. We’re sharing four ways to help de-stress and pamper your skin at home—just in time for the weekend.
TAKE A BATH
Feeling a bit rundown after a long work week? Let your hair down—literally—in a warm, luxurious bath. Add a cup of sea salt and a few drops of your favorite essential oil or scent.
