While you can enjoy the bowl at any time of the day, we love to whip one up for a fruity breakfast that reminds us of the warmer summer months when it feels like anything but outside. Like raspberries and blueberries, acai berries are pint-sized but powerful sources of antioxidants. What’s more? They taste amazing.
What You’ll Need:
- 1-2 Frozen Acai Berry Smoothie Packs
- 2 Bananas
- 3-4 Dates
- Slivered Almonds
- Raw Shredded Coconut
- ¼ Cup Chia Seeds
- ¼ Cup Blueberries
- Your Favorite Granola
What You’ll Do:
- In a blender, mix together the frozen acai berry pack, one banana, and the dates
- Pour into a large bowl
- Top with sliced banana, almonds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, blueberries, and granola
