Calling all beauty lovers — L'Oréal needs your help. We are working on a research study to train our beauty tech tools to analyze images of racially diverse woman, ages 18-80, across all skin tones. The mission: to bring more diversity and inclusivity into our beauty tech. For everyone!

How can you help? By clicking on the link below and participating in our selfie study. It takes less than 5 minutes. By sharing your selfie, you will help L’Oréal ensure that our tools are smarter, fairer and represent all dimensions of beauty. Share your selfie and then invite your colleagues, friends, family members (we need all ages — 18-80) to do the same.
